Autoclave Horizontal High Pressure is (triple walled) cylindrical. Chamber size varies according to the requirement like (diaxdepth) 400 x 600 mm,400x1100 mm,500x900 mm and 500x1200 mm.It has standard cycle operating pressure 1bar to 4 bar, it uses the method of gravity air removal to ensure uniforms steam distribution and penetration, vacuum drying at the end of sterilizing hold period ensures drying of the material which has been sterilized, Steam trap equipped with air vent ensures maximum air removal. It is also useful for sterilization of glass containers i.e ampoules, vials, glass bottles etc. , It is also useful for sterilization of glass wares, utensils, vessels, instruments, rubber articles linen etc. Autoclave Horizontal High Pressure uses technique which ensures near 100% air removal from sterilization clamber, which results in better temperature uniformity in the chamber because of the absence of air pockets i.e. Cold spots.
This technique increases the penetration of steam in porous products from which removal of air is difficult.inner or outer chamber is fitted with automatic pressure control switch and automatic low water cut off device.
